Our process begins with a phone call once our design questionnaire is filled out. This initial design discussion is a fun, but important call to understand your timeline, budget and the details of your wedding prior to us meeting in person or over zoom to make the most productive design meeting.

I want to work with Bespoke Designs! How do I get started?
Amazing! We are so excited to talk to you. The first step is to fill out our questionnaire and we will be in touch to schedule our initial phone call.
What is the cost of your custom stationery?
Our custom Save the Dates start at $2,000 and our wedding invitations start at $5,000. Pricing will vary from this point based on the papers used, printing technique and other details that are incorporated into the design.
I’m in the neighborhood, can I swing by to look at your work in person?
We pride ourselves on our process and attention to detail, so we are by appointment only. To book an appointment, click here.
When should we get started?
Save the Dates: once you have your wedding date and venue secured, we can get started right away! The ideal time to meet with us to discuss your Save the Dates is 9-12 months before your wedding, so they can be mailed within 6-12 months of your wedding date.
Wedding Invitations: we recommend starting the process for wedding invitations 6-8 months before your wedding. This allows the time needed for design, printing, envelope addressing, assembling and mailing. We aim to have these in the mail about 12 weeks prior to your wedding.
Do you only design wedding invitations?
Nope! We also can help bring the day of accessories to life. This would include (but not limited to) the programs, menus, escort and place cards, signage, cocktail napkins, welcome bag information and more!
Do you offer envelope addressing and mailing?
Yes! We offer both digital addressing (printed with a font) and hand calligraphy. We also assemble and mail invitations as well as part of our quotes.
